The significance of computer game competitions can be measured in millions of USDs. There are several platforms, e.g. STEAM, that aim to provide a fully software-based anti-cheating engine for computer games. We are currently investigating how relevant proposals and be strengthened through the use of hardware tokens and TEEs. We are also investigating the protection of software, computer games through hardware enhancements. The role of antic heating engines is examined with the view of providing hardware, software, networking and distributed ledger technologies.
